Town & Vicinity Column, Page 7: Trinity Lutheran School held their Social Studies Fair on Sunday at the School and grades 1-8 participated. The Living History Society demonstrated a dance, as it was done in 1850 in Belle Plaine at 4:00 p.m. in the Gymnasium.

Getting Down 1800s Style

Trinity Lutheran School held its Social Studies Fair Sunday, at the conclusion of which was a lesson in 19th Century dance. Parents and students were called to the gymnasium floor by members of the Living History Society of Minnesota, Inc. Prior to the dance lesson, parents had the opportunity to visit the past by viewing many social studies displays, presentations and skits by students.
